What's New in Classes?

Bella Bella Orvieto Sampler Series
A 5-Series Class
Class One is on Saturday, April 26
10:00 - 4:00
$45 per class in series
Instructor: Jane Fletter

Welcome to an adventure in a paper-pieced sampler in combination with come curved piecing. We will make the Orvieto Sampler from Norah McMeeking's book “Bella Bella Sampler Quilts”. The intermediate class requires that you had previous paper-piecing experience. I recommend you chose a few more related fabrics than the pattern suggests – you may wish to rearrange some color placement in respect to your own color sense. I plan to teach the class in successive sessions to insure your successful project completion. You can view my completed sampler in the the classroom at the shop. Come join us for a rewarding journey making this intricate and beautiful sampler. See you there!

T-Shirt Quilt
Monday, March 31
10:00 to 4:00
$45
Instructor: Carolee Miller

The T-Shirt Quilt is always a popular gift item. In this class we will cover fabric choices for the quilt, ways to tame the stretchy shirt, lay-out and piecing, as well as quilting ideas. Get those shirts out of the drawer and into a keepsake!

Up-Cycle Man's Dress Shirt
Thursday, April 17
1:00 - 4:00
$40
Instructor: Carolee Miller

Okay, so it isn’t a quilt, but it is fun, fast, easy and politically correct to up-cycle. We take a man’s dress shirt and make several items from it, including an apron and wine bottle gift bags. These make great gifts (think bridal shower using dad’s or fiancee's shirt…).

But Wait! There are more on our Class listings page, or check out our Calendar to see what fits your schedule!
